150 Charles, a high-end development of 91 condos located in West Greenwich Village, was hoping to sell out in less than 6 months and obtain a very high price per square foot for product that was not yet built, site unseen.

Results

150 Charles sold out ahead of schedule and realized over $7,000 per square foot for select residences at 150 Charles, an unheard amount.  Driving extremely qualified traffic, one out of five buyers who entered the sales office purchased a home at 150 Charles.
