Challenge

Chelsea Park is a newly constructed rental building at 260 West 26th Street with 220 units. Faced with extremely high construction costs, Chelsea Park hoped to achieve a minimum of $60 per square foot and to fully lease up the building within 6 months.

Results

Chelsea Park lease up was accomplished in under 3 months and achieved $75 per square foot.   All goals were able to accomplished quicker than expected and under budget.
