Cross Channel Marketing

You can’t reach your audience with just one approach: a single approach is no longer effective. Cross-Channel refers to utilizing multiple “channels” (internet ads, search marketing, social marketing, listing syndication, video, email, print, etc.) for your marketing campaign.

If marketing has a top priority, it’s to reach consumers at the moments that most influence their decisions.   We have always sought out those touch points, the moments when consumers are open to influence.  For many years, those touch points have been understood as linear.   But today, those concepts fail to capture all the touch points during a consumer decision journey.

Cross-channel marketing must be carefully thought through and strategized. All communication should be coordinated and work synergistically, and it must be cost-effective. Assisting channels build awareness, consideration, and intent earlier in the journey. The last interaction channel acts as the last point of contact prior to purchase. Channels are playing different roles in the customer journey. We utilize tools that allow us to see how and when channels impact the purchase decision and conversions.

OMG will evaluate all channels and recommend which are worthwhile for your marketing challenge.  This is what we do best.
